Neatley completes rapid transformation with the Catena OSS / BSS platform, Audra Safe CPE and nationwide wholesale connectivity
Audra Solutions Ltd, has completed the successful deployment of its Catena platform for UK broadband provider Neatley. The project began in November 2025, with Audra Solutions designing, building and deploying a fully integrated operating platform that allowed Neatley to start taking live customer orders by January 2026, giving the business a scalable foundation for future growth.
The implementation brought together Catena’s operational platform, the Audra Safe customer premises equipment, and nationwide wholesale network access through strategic partner PXC, creating a single environment capable of supporting residential, business broadband and mobile services.
Working closely with the Neatley team, Audra Solutions delivered a complete digital customer journey, from acquisition through to activation and ongoing service management. This spans a fully branded online ordering experience alongside an agent-assisted sales journey built into Neatley’s existing contact centre, covering residential and business broadband as well as mobile products.
Behind the scenes, the platform brings together; customer management; automated billing and payments; product catalogue and order management; a knowledge base and ticketing system; and financial reporting, all supported by automated customer communications and secure private cloud hosting. Key integrations include PXC, Royal Mail, GoCardless and TOTSCO, with training, migration and post go-live support provided throughout.
The implementation used Catena’s modular architecture, allowing Neatley to modernise its operational systems quickly while maintaining business continuity through the migration. The platform provides secure private cloud hosting, automated provisioning, customer lifecycle management, integrated billing and operational reporting, with automation built in throughout to reduce manual work.
Alongside the software deployment, Neatley has adopted Audra Safe SF30 customer premises equipment across its broadband customer base. The devices give customers a simple self-install experience, a user-friendly mobile app, built-in cyber security with parental controls, and self-service Wi-Fi management with full network visibility.
For Neatley, the Audra Safe ecosystem’s provision of a centralised cloud management portal for remote device management, diagnostics and support, helps reduce operational overhead while improving customer service. Device fulfilment runs through Audra Solutions’ distribution partner, Kenton Group, ensuring a streamlined supply chain from order through to customer delivery.
Through Audra Solutions’ strategic wholesale partnership with PXC, Neatley now has access to broadband services covering more than 24 million UK premises, enabling rapid expansion across multiple fixed-line networks. Then using Catena’s integrated ordering and provisioning capabilities, Neatley can now offer customers a broad portfolio of connectivity products through a single automated platform, significantly reducing the complexity usually associated with delivering services across multiple networks.
The partnership goes beyond a software implementation and hardware usage, establishing a long-term relationship based around a technology platform designed to support Neatley’s continued expansion. With customer acquisition, ordering, fulfilment, billing, customer support and device management now running through a unified platform, Neatley is well placed to scale its operations while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
