Jaki Chowdhury – CEO

Jaki is a visionary technology leader with more than 20 years’ experience in telecoms and digital transformation. As CEO of Dotlines UK (Catena’s parent company), he sets the strategic direction, driving growth for innovative solutions around connectivity, security, and digital services.

He has held senior leadership positions at TalkTalk, where he drove the modernisation of the UK’s largest LLU network, transitioning it to a full-fibre; Vodafone where he shaped product portfolios across 5G, ethernet, and SD-WAN; and BT where he identified new market opportunities, defined omni-channel customer engagement strategies and implemented digital transformation across sales.

Jaki is recognised for his market insight, energy, and ability to unite teams around ambitious goals. With an MBA from Henley Business School, he combines academic achievement with commercial acumen to deliver long-term value for customers and partners.

Mike Lock – Director of IT, Operations and Technology

Mike is a seasoned IT leader with over 25 years’ experience across networking, security, voice, virtualisation, and software development. Known for combining deep technical expertise with commercial insight, he has built award-winning infrastructure platforms and delivered innovative services that transform customer outcomes.

His career includes senior roles at Maintel, where he led R&D teams; and Azzurri Communications, which involved development of next-generation cloud and UCaaS solutions.

Key achievements include collaborating on the creation of one of the first enterprise-grade UCaaS platforms in the UK. Mike’s ability to bridge technology and business needs has earned him a reputation as a trusted strategist and motivator, guiding teams to deliver impactful, future-ready solutions.

George Floor – Head of Product

George is a commercially focused product leader with extensive experience in SaaS, broadband, and telecoms. At Dotlines UK, he drives product strategy and execution across SaaS and connectivity platforms, delivering scalable solutions for both B2B and B2C markets.

Previously at Vodafone, George led the national rollout of 5G and Mobile Private Networks for enterprise and government, and managed key broadband and voice portfolios, including the UK PSTN switch-off programme.

Earlier in his career, he held commercial roles at Dyson and Weetabix, where he developed strong expertise in go-to-market and customer engagement. Recognised for aligning vision with execution, George combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery to create products that scale and deliver impact.

Hesham Barr – Head of Marketing

Hesham is an experienced marketer with over 20 years spent across technology, telecoms, and SaaS. As Head of Marketing for Dotlines UK he leads brand strategy, lead generation, and customer engagement across connectivity, security, and digital transformation solutions.

He has held senior marketing roles at Cisco, IBM and Maintel, Across these roles he delivered large-scale digital programmes, account-based marketing initiatives, and multi-channel campaigns that drove measurable pipeline growth. The highlight being voted as the most innovative marketer within Cisco EMEAR by his peers in 2021.

With various post graduate qualifications, Hesham combines academic depth with hands-on execution, blending strategy, creativity, and analytics to deliver marketing that makes a commercial impact.

Dave Swanston – Sales and Business Development Manager

Dave is a dynamic business development leader and entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience spanning network engineering, operations, and strategic sales within the telecoms and technology sectors. At Dotlines UK, he drives growth through a blend of technical insight, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the connectivity landscape.

Dave has built and led teams, developed automated ERP systems, and driven digital transformation initiatives that streamlined operations and accelerated growth. His experience spans startups to established operators, including senior roles at Alncom, Pickr, and Wifinity, where he headed MOD subscriber sales before joining Dotlines.
